Metroplex Home Inspections has been providing quality HOME INSPECTIONS since our founding in 2002. It is our mission to provide the customer the most comprehensive home inspection we can to help them make a more informed buying decision when purchasing a home. Stephanie Calabrese has served as Metroplex Home Inspections LLC. and serves as our CEO. since 2002. She directs all marketing efforts and keeps Pete in line.
Peter Calabrese has served as Metroplex Home Inspections. President and PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE INSPECTOR since 2002 and is currently working under TREC license 5965.

Peter is the CO-owner and president of Metroplex Home Inspections LLC. of Plano, TX.
MHI is a residential real estate inspection company that specializes in high tech home presentations. Our goal is that each customer be able to make a more informed buying decision by having a thorough inspection report they understand, and that the customer has a report the same day of the inspection. Each home is presented in both a written and electronic format complete with digital pictures and a CD for the customers’ records.
Peter has been a Professional Real Estate Inspector licensed by the State of Texas since February 2002. Our business grows through referrals and currently has currently completed over 700 inspections.
Peter got into inspecting because he purchased the “Money Pit”. My first house was 3,300 square feet for $88,000 with a pool. What a deal! Or was it? Well let’s just say that $25,000 dollars later with another $50,000 in additional repairs that were needed I got out. Peter’s inspection technique utilizes almost every possible electronic sensing device to make sure that this doesn’t happen to you.
Peter was born in New Jersey and grew up in Houston, TX. He has an Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University with a specialization in Industrial Distribution. This degree program gives you the most up to date technology and trends in the manufacturing of products for industrial and commercial use.
I have seen just about everything being manufactured for home construction and installation and how it should be applied in any setting. This gives me a perspective on home construction as well as the installed components which few people can match.
After college Peter spent 12 years in sales. His first 6 years were selling mechanical power transmission and maintenance, repair for and operations supplies for Applied Industrial Technologies and 6 years selling electronics for Arrow Electronic and Wyle Electronics. I am comfortable talking with every person from the president down to the person pushing the broom and understanding the pressures they have in there daily decision making process.
